Benalmádena, 20th November 2012. As seen in the photos, Primary year 1 students have spent the last few weeks creating a huge family tree for all family photos to be placed – no matter who or how many form the family. The kids were in charge of drawing and painting the tree, which they enjoyed very much and put a lot of effort into.
The idea behind this activity was to practice the specific vocabulary related to the unit “My family” in a more personalized way and involve all the class members. They were able to practice the words and understand the difference between generations, in terms of age and relation to other members of the family. They had a great time and love to see their photos displayed on such a nice background!
